This impact driver is previously owned and it is overall in fair condition. The tool has been tested and it works. The top of the tool has some faint writing on it. The tool is covered with scratches, brown stains, and white spots from past use. The chuck has some wear lines and rust spots on it. The rubber has some tears and cracks on it.
