This was previously owned. All features function but can be tough to operate. The condition is fair with damages such a rail was broke and glued by the prior owner. The base does have some scratches. The box is in poor condition due to stains, creases, tears, and some dents. The interior packaging was removed. The item remains loose in box but would be secured prior to shipping.
