    Order Confirmation

    After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email to the email registered to your account with your order details and proof of payment. You will get another email in your inbox after the product has shipped from the store that includes your tracking number and routing info. No emails in your inbox? Check your spam folder! If that’s empty too, contact customer service for order verification – especially if your card was charged. 

    Shipping

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped with either USPS or UPS standard shipping. Products will be packed in an appropriately sized box with packing materials to protect the item in transit. Any order total over $75 qualifies for free shipping, and any order total less than that ships at a flat rate of $7.99. You can track your shipment by logging into your account or using guest tracking under the “Order History”. 

    Buy Online – Pickup In Store 

    A new feature we are excited to offer – free in-store pickup – allows you to forego the shipping cost entirely and go into the coordinating Pawn America where the item is originally located to pick up your purchase. You have up to 5 days to get your item, and can get it as early as the day of purchase depending on the time of day your order was placed! Be sure to bring in your valid ID, the credit card used to purchase and the order confirmation email (either printed out or shown on your phone). You will be asked to sign a pick-up receipt before you leave with your purchase.
